Chongqing Pump Industry, formerly known as Chongqing Pump Works, is a state-owned sole-funded enterprise with the registered capital of over $31 million and obtained the grade-AA credit certificate .
Our company is leading in China for the development and production of diaphragm, metering, reciprocating, hi-pressure self-balance centrifugal pumps, and complete chemical feed systems for water treatment. Our product diversity, complete range of specifications, and over 10 kinds of materials meet the needs for transferring various liquids. Therefore, our products are widely used in such fields as petroleum, petrochemical, coal-chemical, metallurgical, nuclear, electric power and national defense.
Established in 1951, our company now has 1,200 odd people, 218 of them are engineers and technicians and managerial personnel with middle and high titles, including five experts at national level. Having more than 680 production equipment and annual sales amounting to almost $48 million, our company has become a flagship company in the Chinese mechanical industry and pump industry, a quality profit-making enterprise of the City of Chongqing, and one of the first-class network members of China National Oil Corp., SINOPEC, CNOOC and China National Metallurgy Corp.

We have a product and technology development center approved by the state, which offers such specialties as fluid mechanics, fluid machinery, chemical machinery, water supply and drain, electrical and automatic control, owns 10 patents for diaphragm pump technology, three patents for centrifugal pump technology, one patent for chemical gear pump technology, and one patent for environmental protection product, and is qualified to design and produce classes 1, 2 and 3 pressure vessels. Our products have won many prizes such as technology progress prize, high quality product prize and more, given by the state, the ministry and the municipality.
Our company is also an examination center of pump products in southwest China, with more than 50 inspection equipment such as the 6000mm long dynamic balance machines, universal testers, flew detectors, microscopes, and set up material property laboratory, physical and chemical analysis room, computer-based test beds for metering, reciprocating and oil pumps.
Because of our strictness, we have obtained ISO 9001 certificate, permit conformity of quality system certification of machinery military product supplier, and nuclear safety class certificate for products.
